§ 04 — SCIENCE

Pantocalcin has been studied primarily in Russian clinical trials for pediatric neurological conditions including cerebral palsy, ADHD, cognitive disorders, and perinatal CNS lesions. A randomized study in children with cerebral palsy showed improvements in visual memory, attention concentration, and reduced anxiety, though no effect on visual-motor skills was observed. Pharmacokinetic data from 18 healthy volunteers confirms oral bioavailability with peak plasma levels at 1.56 hours and elimination half-life of 6.68 hours. The evidence base is largely confined to Russian-language publications and lacks large-scale international replication, limiting generalizability of findings.
